Common questions

How do I invite friends to a group?

Open the group and tap Invite to share a link. Friends who don't have Diver yet can install it, and they'll join the group when they open the link again. They can also enter the group's invite code on the Groups tab.

How does a group pick a movie?

Members add titles to a vote and everyone votes. When voting closes, Diver picks the winner and breaks ties for you.

What's a Dive?

A quick solo swipe session. Choose how much time you have and your mood, then swipe through suggestions. Anything you like is saved to your Dive history.

Why don't I see my streaming services?

Check that your region is right under Settings → Region, and select your services under Settings → Streaming services.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a 6-digit code to enter in the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
